When I first switched from night shift to morning shift three weeks ago, I told everyone at work I had a backup plan if the whole sleep switch didn't take. And despite me trying, it hasn't. Granted, there are nights I could try harder, but I've always been more nocturnal than early bird. But even going to bed at 10pm left me staring at the ceiling until 2 or 3am.

The backup plan has me going to bed when I get home from work (4 to 5pm) and sleeping until midnight/1am. Right now, I can't tell if I'm deluded from lack of sleep, or if it really may work. So, input please :p
